Good point--the pro g/b charts available for RB3 can't be played with an arbitrary real guitar.

No, because DDR doesn't offer guitar tab for its songs.

Any overlap with songs that you bought for some other game is your problem, if you let it be.

RBHRGT (Rock Band has real guitar too). Neither game is perfect or offers complete guitar transcriptions for all of their real guitar songs.

There are much easier songs by A7X than the typical ones like "Beast and the Harlot" and "Afterlife" such as "So Far Away".

Well I do have one, and those that don't can still play along with a normal guitar with backing instrumentation, something not possible in Rocksmith. As somebody who owns both games, it is a valid criticism that there are many song repeats between the two. It's a valid criticism that sometimes Harmonix's selections for pro guitar are exciting and others are much less so. It's a valid criticism that the PS3 port of Rocksmith is so broken that a large portion of people can't play it when they reach a high level unless they delete their game profile, and that Ubisoft is having people wait until September for the next patch which they claim will fix it.
