DLC Content Missing from PS3 EU store

I was able to get Good Girl's Pro Upgrade.

Still no sign of Bombtrack and Don't Know What You Got (Til It's Gone)

Much like Tykki-Teme, I'm getting thrown out of the store a LOT.

None of this week's DLC is available in Rock Band Store. They are all in PS Store though so I don't think it's Sony's fault this time.

Pro upgrades mentioned above are also still missing from RB store.

The new tracks are in but the missing pro-upgrades aren't ...

I understand that eu psn protar DLC customers is pretty much the last 10 people who posted on this thread, and that allocating resources to solve issues is operating at a complete loss.

But for crying out loud its been close to 2 months, you could email us the files to sideload if it's such a mess to sort out ...

I'm actually curious to what happened at this point, and well yes I'd like to play along to bombtrack too ...

Seriously Harmonix, this is ridiculous. I bought the Bombtrack pro guitar upgrade when it came out over 9 weeks ago and it's still not up on the store! If you're not going to update it, please take it off of the music store and stop accepting our charity.

I wouldn't hold my breath while waiting those two missing pro upgrades. It took around 10 months for Them Belly Full upgrade to be available for download after the song was released and almost as long for Jane Says upgrade. There have been several other missing pro upgrade files in the past too, some of them they have been able to fix faster, but it's been "only" two months now since Bombtrack and Don't Know What You Got upgrades were supposed to be available...

I'm with InnerSenses on this, if it were just not available I'd just moan a little and wait for whenever, ifever. But since I HAVE ALREADY PAID for this product, I am seriously pissed off, it's a breach of contract and a betrayal of customer trust and goodwill.

At this point a detailed explanation of what went wrong, what's being done to fix it and an ETA of a fix would be the least they could do.

I agree with your statement. These continuing problems are inexcusable but anything related to EU + PSN + Pro Guitar won't probably be at the top of their "to fix"-list.

I just wanted to point out that the Italian store it's still missing:

BEER! - Psychostick
Diamond Eyes - Rishloo
Bullet - Drugstore Fanatics
Fists Fall - Otep
Can O' Salt (remix) - dB Soundworks

All these songs don't show up in the in-game store as well as in the SEN store because of wrong flag (flagging the italian store as not able to get RBN content), or something like that.

Absolutely, which means we need to make ourselves a priority for them. This means taking lots of rather nasty and busyness like actions and decisions, which is something I'd rather not have to do and really goes against my character. But if you consider that to get a peep out of HMX over this issue, I jokingly mentioned a legal letter to SCEE... and since then nothing, nada, zilch ...

Now they're great guys and they made the game I've been dreaming of since I've had an electric guitar and a sega master system, but something's gotta give and I really am running out of patience.
