That's why Discord doesn't even have The Living Tombstone's custom pony on there.

To clarify on this, we were given the clear to allow Tomb's OC on the cover art since it wasn't a character owned by Hasbro, but with the stipulation that if Hasbro wanted the song down because of that, it was coming down. So the artists agreed that we should just do an album art devoid of characters and not risk it.

So you could probably risk it, but I wouldn't recommend it. If you're dead-set on it though, run it by Harmonix, and accept that Hasbro could probably take the song down if they don't approve of OCs being used for this purpose.

Hey, I'm probably going to make a new song. (Not difficulty aimed too much, but you know.) I'm going to avoid copyrighted names and all. It seems you are ignoring my request for the instrumental named "Rainbows at the Speed of Light" for a good reason. The reason why I'm not making it insanely hard like last time is because I don't want it to sound bad.

Also, I'd suggest releasing Eurobeat Brony's Luna (NIGHTMARE MODE), if it already hasn't been requested. It's an addicting song, and deserves to be on Rock Band.
