Also, confirming that songs from previous weeks do not appear in the store, and must be searched to appear.
Last week songs (crawling in the dark, (I just) Died in your arms tonight, Still of the night) appear only when searched, for example.

There are bad listings as well, in the C letter there are 2 RBN song (one is Crazy, the other I don't remember), and the Yes Pack is also in 'C' ...
    I need Tori Amos DLC.

I seriously hope that this won't happen with the release of blitz. I'm loading the game up to see if the in-game store lists the songs we're supposed to have today.

EDIT: The songs don't even show up as "currently unavaiable" in the in-game store, and the Killswitch Engage pack (supposed to be avaiable today) it's missing as well as the single "the end of the heartache".

All the RBN songs are missing as well.

Yep, I kinda gathered from the EU Playstation Blog Post that the Rock Band 3 and Rock Band Network content wouldn't be there.

I really wanted the two Foreigner tracks

And, still no news on the faulty pro-upgrade for "(I Just) Died In Your Arms" or the missing RBN song "Just A Game" by The Blue News, or the other older content/packs that still don't appear in the PSN Store or in the RB Music Store.

Even the newer RB3/RBN 2.0 DLC is pretty messed up the PSN Store. There are RBN 2.0 songs that appear amongst the A-Z of RB3 songs, and then there are songs and packs which don't appear anywhere in the PSN Store.

SCEE really needs to get its act together!

Not a word anywhere on the missing content. Not here, not there.

    But then again, who cares?

    My patience is bleeding hard...

I'm sure hmxhenry will let us know something soon.

It's gotta be a lot more difficult managing the content for the UK/Europe/Australia/NZ, etc. than it is just for North America. That being said, it's been months (if not years) and there are still packs, individual tracks and pro upgrades that have either disappeared, or were never added, and those issues still haven't been addressed.

I just hope there's no screw up with RB Blitz (with the game and export to RB3) in PAL territories or i'll definitely cry. With the weekly DLC becoming just 3 songs, i'm really hanging out to play those 25 tracks!

Conclusion made. Harmonix obviously gives as much care as SCEE. Communication is everything, and being shafted like this, for the umptienth time, without even a word angers me greatly.

My guess has to be that the income don't match the expenses/issues between HMX and SCEE. If HMX did care, they have plenty of options to escalate any issue with SCEE, either through London, or through SCEI. Sony does have executives who covers the full group (SCEA, SCEE and SCE), they even have a quite new Group CEO appointed less than a year ago. His name is Andrew House.

Why am I even bothering? You guys clearly aint.

Nevermind, I'm out. Thanks for the fun years!

To make sure you folks aren't left in the dark, hmxhenry is currently out of the office for a few days, so it's likely that he won't be able to respond until next week. That's not to say that the issues are going unnoticed by others in HMX, just that the usual go-to guy for communicating on the forums isn't around at the moment.

I'm pretty sure everyone involved cares about a lost customer though, not because of said person, but the income. I think I qualify as a heavy user with 1700+ songs in RB3, my only mistake is to be using a PS3 in SCEE. But rebuying instruments, adapters, games, dlc, just to switch to my Xbox360 is not going to happen. Either way, Harmonix loses out. Sorry!
You are defenetly not alone in regreting about choosing PS3!
SCCE are making what should have been joy and exitement into pure iritation by their ignorance and incompetance for us users here here in Europe!
I feel exactely the same way as you, but as you say buing all the dlc and equipment all over again is just not gonna happen. Too much money tied up in this console!!
PS4... Forget it!!! New platform for me next time!!!

It sure seems and feel that way.

It takes about 20 seconds to write a 'Sorry, we are looking into it'-message. But appearently the forum is so buzzing and busy that noone had those 20 seconds. Thats called not giving a damn.

It sure does seem a bit too frequent, these problems. Then again, most of the time the content does come as it should. SCEE is able to fix most of the errors, it just takes a little kicking.

I'm guessing the summer holidays might have something to do with these problems, considering there is one single guy handling all RB-related submissions, including Blitz.
