I feel exactely the same way as you, but as you say buing all the dlc and equipment all over again is just not gonna happen. Too much money tied up in this console!!
PS4... Forget it!!! New platform for me next time!!!
I think pointing the fingers solely at SCEE is a big mistake. I have never owned a title on any of my Playstation's (portables included), where issues/problems comes even close to this.

If it hurted either Sony or HMX financially it would have been solved fast and efficient.

Edit: Just made a calculation of money spend on RB DLC in 2012, to put it in context. Total is DKK 2.830,40 which is about 500 US$ (feel free to check HMX). Gotta be awesome to run a business where those numbers don't matter.

I'm guessing the summer holidays might have something to do with these problems, considering there is one single guy handling all RB-related submissions, including Blitz.
Well... If that's the truth and the reason for all the mess-upp we have been through lately, then we all know that "single guy" should be replaced INSTANTLY!!!!

    Couldn't agree more!
I have used alot on dlc too (about your numbers, havent been counting) and the fact that they actually on top off the mess-ups even been naughty enough to SELL and TAKE PAID for goods (DLC) thats never been delivered, and now 4 months later not even have information about when or if it's gonna be delivered to us shocks me! To everyone involved in this mess we are experiencing:
SHAPE UP, DELIVER OUR ALREADY PAID FOR GOODS and please get in some competent staff to avoid ongoing frustration from your costumers in the future!

cool. because less than 100 songs have been released this year for DLC. and are you paying $5 for each song (excluding pack discounts?)
even including RBN, that would mean you bought every song and every upgrade. and you still wouldn't reach $500

Maybe he bought also some DLC which was released before 2012?
I've spent around 1000 euros on DLC since RB3 was released so I know there's more than $500 worth of DLC available for purchase in the PSN EU even though there's some content missing.
HMX, can I pls have the Cinderella "Don't Know What You Got" pro upgrade which I bought 8 months ago?

Agreed, the missing Cinderella pro upgrade should be fixed yesterday since it's been months since some people have paid for it. Bombtrack upgrade was fixed pretty quickly after when HMXHenry said he would take care of it. What's delaying Don't Know What You Got pro upgrade then, why wasn't it fixed at the same time the Bombtrack upgrade was? Has HMX pissed off SCEE with their constant fix requests and want to stay quiet until Blitz is released?

There has been sometimes problems with other titles in PSN EU, mostly with pricing but SCEE have usually fixed them very quickly. I don't think either SCEE or HMX delays fixing these things on purpose. Not only they lose money, but they might lose also some credibility, reputation and customers by doing that.

You also never owned a title with nearly as much or as frequent DLC. When all the content seems to go up just fine on Xbox, Wii, and US PS3; it's a reasonable conclusion that Harmonix aren't the problem.

Which email would you like a copy of all the 'Thank You For Your Purchase'-mails to? Feel free to do your own calculation then.

But I'm guessing you will tell me I faked the emails from there.

As i said, 'feel free to check HMX', the amount is very precise since it's gathered from the above-mentioned mails. And yes, I did buy quite a lot of the backlog, just as usual, since I was a "late" starter with the The Beatles-version.
