The thing of solos not appearing if they are too long kind of sucks, I can see why they done it but I still dislike it. There should be an option at least. Ah well.

I've never known HDMI to be an issue in that regard, after all if there were something wrong with it I wouldn't see anything at all.
I'm continuing to mess with setting to see of I can solve it in case anyone else feels the same way. I tried it with bass boost on and off, it sounds much better on my TV with the bass off, Maybe I have the natural TV bass up too high or something? Anyway there are still points where the audio seems uneven, as if different people determined the volume for different parts and not in the ambient-music-in-the-background way that RB 1-3 do it.
(Had to type this all again because the forum apparently had my previous version for lunch, so if it coughs it up again later, sorry if it comes across as a dupelicate.)
Interesting bug. If you've exported Rock Band Track Pack Volume 2, the year for "Afterlife" is 539832622.
How about letting me choose who to send a score war to in Blitz? The suggestion was for a friend, that I did and the next suggestion was for the same friend! If I exit the game and go back in it then gives me another random score war but FFS, if you can't be bothered letting us pick who to score war with in-game then atleast let us hit a button to re-randomize the selection!

Do you have a huge thumb or do you play keyboard-style? Because you will often have to hit both buttons at the same time. X+B simulpress doesn't really naturally happen the way most people hold controllers (thumbs on the face and fingers on the shoulders and triggers).
I'm not 100% sure on this because I was doing something else but I am sure I had about 1000 coins. I selected a song, selected powerups and then hit play. It said "Unable to connect to Rock Central" and sent me to main screen. I retried the game but now my coins were reduced to 300 which is what I am sure I would have had if I had actually played the song so lost 700 coins!

Yep. The game spends the money at song start and doesn't reimburse you in any way if you don't reach song end... so if you get disconnected (or if you ragequit / restart) your coins will quickly dwindle.
And if you have a shifty internet connection, you have to expect some amount of your stack will just feed the rake.
I endorse this completely. It's better than having NO Score War options at all, outside of RBW, but having this tease (one Score War at a time instead of 10, sent to a random person on your list, for a random song) makes me wish for just a little more functionality.
I cannot promise that I won't yearn for a "challenge a 2nd friend" (or 3rd friend, or all 10) option if this re-randomize button ever appears. And then I'll be asking for a similar function that allows me to recruit PS3 friends into a Goal, from within Blitz.
We are so high maintenance.
