FWIW - The ice rink in hell is usually way too crowded to skate anyway.
Blame RB2, it was coded as an 80s song there so it's still an 80's one in RB3. They tacked on when it was formally released but it's still an 80's song. I do believe the same goes for Janis Joplin's "Piece Of My Heart". It was released as a 70's song in RB2, but it organizes as a 60's in RB3.
You're whining and complaining. You bought the piece of DLC agreeing that there would be no refunds. Now you're demanding a refund. Just because you want something doesn't mean you have the right to it. A lot of people want a lot of things, and your $2 is pathetically low in the pecking order.
It's equally funny to see you saying that not getting an Achievement would even FLY as a reason for a refund. Refunds come when something is broken, not because you didn't do the research, or secret option B didn't happen on a song it's not meant to happen on.

Harmonix puts these achievements in partially to encourage DLC purchases. OP purchases DLC just to get achievement, which according to the music store will satisfy that achievement. Sounds like a valid complaint to me. OP did as much research as was necessary if the music store stated it was from the 50s.
Again, if you purchased Piano Man and Harmonix switched it up with Never Gonna Give You Up; I guess you would have no reason to ask for a refund, since there are "no refunds".
Who cares what the terms of service says? The Music Store had information about the song, and that information was INCORRECT. Everyone on this thread bought that song because it was LISTED INCORRECTLY in the Music Store.
If you signed a contract, but didn't realize that it had very fine print that said you had to kill yourself in five days, would you? No, of course not, because it doesn't matter what the contract said -- what DOES matter is the rights of a consumer, and one of those rights is the right to have access to CORRECT INFORMATION about the product, and when all of us bought the song because of the INCORRECT information, that warrants a refund.
Unfortunately, I've already contacted Harmonix about it, and while they said they'd look into changing the info, they said they wouldn't give me a refund. They did say that I could contact Microsoft for a refund, though. But good luck with that.
No, the information was correct. Again, it has two dates. It used the one you didn't need for sorting. Sucks.
Not me. I can go bring up an old post of mine asking if it counted since it sorts under 80's. And I was gonna buy it anyway, I just prioritized the pack.Everyone on this thread bought that song because it was LISTED INCORRECTLY in the Music Store.
Excuse me. I was going to keep replying to parts, but this information just shocked me so much that I need a minute. Who would have possibly thought that a refund wasn't going to happen because an Achievement didn't pop?they said they wouldn't give me a refund.

You know, if you took a walk with the time you've spent caps-locking on the internet, you'd have found about $2 worth of change on the ground.
