Yeah. What I try to do is that if a song is more chord heavy I tend to tier it lower than the legacy version, but if there are like these crazy solos or something I tend to tier it harder. Got any tips?

Arpeggios tend to bring the difficulty up, but it depends on the speed. Songs with really fast 16ths arpeggios would be really hard (see Susumu Hirasawa - The Girl in Byakkoya), but something with slow fourth arpeggios (such as the slo part to that Giraffes? Giraffes! song on the RBN) would not be as hard.

Oh no, it's fine. I'm actually finishing it like right now. just going through to see if the Bass gets any harder on the part in the middle. I have a feeling I'm overtiering it, but oh well.

Nah, it's not that bad. It's a good song anyways, so I liked listening to it. My main problem is that I keep getting told to do these really long black/doom metal songs that I have to listen through all the way despite sounding similar all the way throughout.

Yeah, I'm not the biggest metal fan, and I know what you mean. Most of the songs I request will be pretty good and unique stuff, and you won't have to worry about metal. You'll see what I mean down the road.

Yeah I am doing it tonight. Gotta get through Det Som En Gang Ver and that will be it. I will probably post Fool in the Rain earlier than it though.
