Yeah....It's more annoying than ever. Various connection issues. The biggest headache though has been the xmb boot that keeps occurring. It's way more problematic than it was a couple of months ago. Now it just keeps happening on a regular basis. Hard to get excited about playing on line with friends, when you can't stay connected long enough to get through on short songlist. Ugh.
I really look forward to playing more rb with you intropee...if we can just stay connected long enough :P
    ....dropped my sticks

Rb, 1,2,3 . Lego , AcDc, GD, Metal Pak, Classic Pak, RB Pak Vol 2 Country 1 and 2. TB RB, and a lot of DLC.

Hey, if you're gonna talk about RBC issues, does that include issues with the store, because as long as I remember, I've alway been interrupted by a loss of the connection to the store servers while in the middle of browsing. Is this simply a networking issue, and even if not, any suggestions on how to fix this?

The issue with the store has never been rectified for ps3 users and affects rb1,rb2,rb3 and lego rb stores. The blitz store is the only stable store but will reload all your songs once you purchase one song, so if you have a big library the blitz store is no good unless you like waiting or only purchase one song a day.

    RB3 also reloads after purchases

I dumped RB3 over a year ago, and online with RB3 long before (thanks XMB!!/worse random player system ever! Couldn't even play with friends of choice!). If they can't figure this problem out and ever come out with another RB Band game I wonder if the XMB joy will continue moving forward. Brand spankin' new game, SOS.

    One can only hope not.

But for now this is it. Not how I wanted to end my interest in RB (still love RB2 and Lego and play them when I get the urge). Shoddy game, bad glitches.
RB animation needs luv & life:

    Chk it out HMX!

Oh... Well, that's quite informative yet useless. I can't believe Harmonix is just willing to leave this be.

It is pretty sad but that is the case. They long ago gave up on trying to resolve the XMB issue.
    (from Billy Madison)
Whoa, whoa, whoa, Ms. Lippy! The part in the story I don't like is that the little boy gave up looking for Happy after an hour. He didn't put posters up or anything, he just sat on the porch like a goon and waited. That little boy's gotta think: 'You got a pet. You got a responsibility.' If your dog is lost, you don't look for an hour then call it quits; you get your ass out there and you find that fu**in' dog!
    FIX YOUR GAME.

Really? There are even posters that are more than willing to jump all over us (as if we have done anything wrong) and asking us just exactly what more we want them to do. We are not asking for anything more than a product that works as advertised. It would be one thing if this were a set and forget game but that is not the case. They continue to release content for it on a weekly basis and are more than happy to get that revenue. So all the talk about other companies and games no longer getting support do not in any way apply here.
Now Blitz comes out and the RCS issues that had been gone for months have came back with a vengeance and the XMB issues that were a pita in their own right are much more punishing now because you may or may not be able to get back on for hours on end, that is of course if you can get on in the first place.

Submit a ticket it gets a reply that "We are aware of your issue as we monitor the forum" and it gets closed and marked as resolved.

I'm not even sure that if the person(s) making the calls on this would sign off on the cost of a patch to resolve the issue, maybe if it were happening on XBox not for PS3 though.

Not even a response that acknowledges the fact that since Blitz came out the RCS server issues are absolutely crippling, I'm not even sure if I have saw an acknowledgement that the RCS issues are happening again, the ongoing never resolved XMB issue yes, but not the (new/current/reemerged) RCS problem. The subject of this forum though and the description sums up the fact that we are on our own here, some issues will get responses but I don't think we will see anything from HMX they have more than likely been instructed not to respond to or give this any 'official' merit.
