This is the saddest piece of media that has come out in a long time. It might be evident throughout the last year or so that it's impossible for me to feel. BUT WHEN I DO, I FEEL AND FEEL AND FEEL.

Dunno about GOTY. But story/writing/narrative/feels of the year? Hell. Yes.

Another sly trick they did was subverting typical QTEs as the game went on. Previous TellTale games had clear technical bounds, but they managed to seemingly transcend them in ingenious ways. Bring on season 2, please.

I love how they made you think Lee was the main protagonist, when they were just building Clementine up from the start to be the lead.

Spec Ops: The Line

The story is perhaps the best we will ever see in this genre. It hits hard and it hits home, and it has more than just a moral; it has a message, and it carries it out brilliantly. Truly, this game is one that everyone needs to play.

It's hard to say if anyone will enjoy it, though. The story doesn't really kick into gear until about two hours in, the period before which highlights how bad the combat is. Not mediocre, not average, bad. The cover system, in particular, is a joke. So, on the whole, it pales in comparison to the more rounded Walking Dead and Halo 4, and probably Sleeping Dogs.

The Walking Dead game

Just finished up the last episode and I have to say, one of the best games I've ever played. Feels like you're playing out a movie or TV series. Very good plot and story, emotionally gripping as well. The only bad thing is it's glitchy as **** and can mess you up when you're dropping frames and you're in the middle of a timing challenge. More than once I was killed unnecessarily because of frame rate drops and glitches.

And based on the comic? Absolutely not and people that say otherwise obviously have not read the comics at all. It's weird how they advertise it as being based off the comic. The show is more wrapped around the comic storyline than the game by far. The game is a whole separate story itself with all new characters and whatnot. But yup, this game goes down as a must-play in my book. Look forward to season 2 and the other Walking Dead game based on the TV series which is also due out later this year.

Robert Kirkman must be one happy (and rich) man right now.

When they say the game is based on the comic book, I think they mean it is simply based off the Walking Dead universe.
