    Same situation.

    Xbox 360, West Coast USA

    Funny thing is in the RB3 store I can buy the pro upgrade for The Weight (Live) and it also lets me buy the song as well (nothing is blanked out)

    Hmmm....I downloaded both Closer and The Weight before work this morning, but did not load up the game, so I don't know if the affected me. It probably did, since I am in the US on the 360.

    A strange thing did happen when I was making my purchases, though. I bought I Melt with You, Closer, then The Weight and Jessica. I Melt with You, Closer and Jessica got added to my queue, but The Weight did not. When I noticed this, i clicked on The Weight to redownload it, and the marketplace acted as if I had not purchased it. (I had though, my MS points were deducted.) So I tried again, and it recognized my prior purchase and I was able to download the song.

    Most likely totally unrelated, but it was odd nonetheless.

    Had the exact same issue with the Weight. Was sure I purchased it but it wasn't in my queue.
    My problem occurred the opposite way. I bought The Weight *before* Closer, so The Weight appeared in queue, but Closer did not.
