If it wasn't for us already getting a Shinedown pack this year I would have predicted The Sounds of Madness, as it sounds like it have snapped for our dear Henry

Normally I would say something about how wrong this statemement is, but I think a simple "Oh you!" covers it.

Actually, a Joy Division pack is quite possible given the hint.

    - "Disorder" X
    - "New Dawn Fades" X
    - "She's Lost Control" X
    - "Shadowplay" X

    The lyrics fit the hints:

He's seeking help from Doc -

"I've been waiting for a guide to come and take me by the hand,
Could these sensations make me feel the pleasures of a normal man?" (from "Disorder")

He's got a fever and feels hot -

"The strain's too much, can't take much more
Oh, I've walked on water, run through fire" (from "New Dawn Fades")

Jib talking to the voices -

"And a voice that told her when and where to act,
She said I've lost control again." (from "She's Lost Control")

He's still looking for Doc, who has always been there -

"To the centre of the city where all roads meet, waiting for you,
To the depths of the ocean where all hopes sank, searching for you" (from "Shadowplay")

May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?

My favorite AFI song is Silver and Cold, so getting that would be awesome. With Days of the Phoenix and some other song from the earlier albums to round out the pack.
    DLC Wishlist
    Fall Out Boy [7]
    Elton John [5]
    The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus [1]
    Mayday Parade [2]

Anyone else pick up an Eagles vibe from Henry's post?

I can only hope that I'll feel better tomorrow, but right now I'm burning up, having all sorts of fever dreams. The Christmas tree is walking around the house... who let my dog out... there's a... a man.... on a rocket... I was laying in bed this morning and couldn't tell if the voices I heard were angels or demons. It's too hot in this house! Is that... do I see Jibs? Jibs, is that you? I can hear her talking to them. Tell them I need treatment, Jibs! I need a cure!

Doc, where are you? Doc will save me. He's always been my salvation. This whole thing has gone off the tracks... never going back... I should go back to bed. Lie down with lambs.

Oh now, it's getting darker. So dark, so black, so cold. Stone cold. I can see the ravens circling over head... or are they vultures?... waiting to pick away at me. Im not an ornithologist, damn it! It's my sandwich, you can't have it!

    I CLEARLY NEED MORE SLEEP.
See the bad thing about hints is that (and as much as I love them) you read what you want into them...get yourself hyped up for what you "KNOW" is coming, and then when it's not ya'll get pissed. :P

For instance, just taking a cursory glance at Doom's tirade here...

I see christmas, I see lying down with lambs (which is religious and could tie into Christmas)...so Christmas music confirmed.

I see two instances of Doc, so that could mean Doc, and a reference to tracks (back to the future 3) from Back to the Future, which means songs from the Back to the Future movies confirmed.

Then I see Stone Cold which could be a reference to Queen, or to the wrestler Stone Cold who was a WWF/E wrestler. So that could mean Queen or WWE music/bands confirmed.

Then there's ravens which could mean goth, and Vultures which could give you Them Crooked Vultures, or just more Grohl...

The bit about the sandwich could mean Ugly Kid Joe (who had a song titled Sandwich).

    Rocket Man...elton John...

Going back to the multiple refs to doc and needing cures it could be Robert Palmer's Bad Case of Loving You (Doctor Doctor)

Or you could take the Ravens, Vultures, and ornithologist ref to just mean birds in general which could mean The Birds, the Byrds, or Yardbirds.

And that's all without really diving into hidden meanings and internet searches.

So a lot of big bands/songs that a number of people would KNOW are coming due to the hints and then when it's something totally different...

    FORUM CHAOZZZ!!

But I do like the hints...so torn >______>

Also, there are other hints that fit for THAT band as well.

A music video for a song by the band I'm thinking of is a sci-fi/spaghetti western that features prominent images of a hawk/falcon (some kind of bird, I don't know).

When certain stars burn up all their fuel and supernova, they leave behind a supermassive black hole. "So, the lion falls in love with the lamb" is a quote, based on the quote about lions lying down with lambs, from Twilight, a film that used a song referencing black holes on the soundtrack.

Aaron is clearly sick and his post exhibts a fear that his time is running out. He's living in a city of delusion. The voices he's hearing could the thoughts of a dying atheist. Or, he's just suffering from space dementia.

However, at the end of the day, some hyper music is all he needs to start feeling good again.

(Yes, THIS is how far I will read into anything to make the hint fit the band that shall not be named. I'm sorry everyone. *facepalm*)
Thank you! This is why it's awesome to have another **** Fan on the forum!
