What were the last video games you played?

Finally platinum'd Mass Effect. I haven't played it every day since it was released, but every day I've played any video games since that day involved at least a little ME, so to say that it took me 2 solid months to platinum isn't much of an exaggeration (if it is one at all).

I've been playing Darksiders in fifteen minute stretches. And more than that and I'll have a stroke over it's difficulty level.

I'd reconsider, especially if you didn't like Hot Pursuit, The Run is so much worse and there's much less to do than there is in Hot Pursuit or Most Wanted. You can blow through the story mode in a day that's how short it is and the Challenges don't have much to offer and that's literally all the game has aside from multiplayer.

And it's not open world which doesn't help its cause any.

Is the story good in contrast to Carbon; which I think is the only NFS story-driven experience I've enjoyed come to think of it.

Not even close to Carbon and the story in The Run feels very thrown together. There's only two main characters in the story, you and some woman that's paying you to win 'The Run' and you travel from San Francisco to New York (reminds of the old Cruisin' USA game) in 10 different stages with the mob chasing you from time to time. That's the story in a nutshell.

And then there's like 3 Heavy Rain type of parts where your character has to run away from the cops on foot with timed button mashing which I have no idea why they added that in a racing game, just to advertise that they added something different I guess, but it's very random when it shows up and pretty short.

I played that more than any other game (excluding RB) back in 2010.
