What I saw was "We haven't announced that we're ending DLC" coupled with HMXHenry even today saying "We have DLC lined up for the next 3 months. We will have more information after those 3 months."

We haven't said anything about what will happen once the Blitz singles are released. We've got the Blitz singles lined up, we'll still be releasing new content every other week, and we'll continue to post updates over time.

And my response was without seeing the transcript. So, I presumed (obviously incorrectly) based on some of the comments in this thread, that a less vague phrasing had been used in the Q&A. Trust me, I have no problem reading between the lines.

DLC releases aren't going to increase or decrease in the future. That's what Drake said.

Reading between those lines indicates that HMX is still going to be releasing DLC post-Blitz releases even if it's not fully lined up yet (which is what I think Aaron is getting at). If they were stopping DLC releases, that would definitely count as a decrease.

His name is Aaron Trites. He adopts the screen name hmxhenry as an homage to Black Flag frontman Henry Rollins. Hank is a common diminutive of Henry.
