Ok so this is what we have decided. We have 25 slots that we have decided to swap out the compilations and others for some bands that we think should have been on the list but weren't. Then we came up too many so we're going to let you guys vote on what bands get into the list and also what album by them is the best.

So yeah bascially we have 25 slots to fill and 28 entries. So instead of voting for 25 just tell us which 3 shouldn't be in there and then we'll do a vote for which album to listen to

But are they 500 greatest album worthy?

It's all subjective, but I'd say definitely. I even wrote my own massive review on just how good Clarity is. El Camino is newer, but still one of the strongest releases in years on the alternative front.

El Camino just sounds like this countrified southern indie that's so popular nowadays.

I really think you should stick with the original list; otherwise it'd ruin the integrity of listening to the Top 500 "Greatest" albums according to a magazine that thinks prog is silly and Lady Gaga is worth the hype.

And since I have a very "strange" music taste I won't select which artists from the ones you selected should/should not be swapped.

It think it's a good idea. That list missed out some fantastic albums. I would have switched the black keys in and got rid of the fatellis, though
