Moss Icon will always be the best. No one else comes close.

Moss Icon is definitely up there, but Everyone Asked About You; 125, Rue Montmartre, Honeywell, and Ordination of Aaron just edge them out for me (though obviously Moss Icon is more consistent over a lengthy career [for an emo band] where those are all like one- or two-EP wonders).
