Something odd, though. Andrew WK's DLC release announcement got an article on IGN (rather unusual), but this doesn't.

Thumbs up You Have Made An Old Man Happy!

I feel like Tom Hanks in "Castaway" when he looked up and saw the container ship passing by...I've waited months...loh many years now, for something I can sink my dentures into. God bless Harmonix! God bless the USA! ROCKBAND LIVES!!! There's a party next week at hippy Scott's house! Free love and dirt weed for all!

'Alive' by Pearl Jam ... studio version from 'Ten', live from 'Drop in the Park'.

This "pro" player really appreciates the effort. I can hardly wait until Tuesday. I <3 U HMX.

Yes, I remember that now. And Paul McCartney live version of Band on the Run. But it is not something I would hold out expecting with Dream On. I just don't think the master is available. (And I think Jimi had a song or two with live and studio? But it is not very common)

Dream On is just one of those songs where the master is not going to be touched. If we, by some sort of luck, get more Rolling Stones before this thing ends, I guarantee Satisfaction will similarly be a live version.

Interesting that Dream On is getting a Pro Upgrade. HMX has stated it's hard enough to chart a studio version of a song... I wonder how hard it is to chart and how accurate a live version will be. I'm sure there's improvisation going on and I can't imagine it's as clean to hear and make out the notes...

    Nothing extraordinary about that.

Either way, I'm still happy (great choices for upgrades).
Wrong, the Billy Joel 6-pack had only 1 upgrade. Same with the Pat Benetar pack.

Ok, after thinking about it all day, I've decided that I will buy the whole pack. Even though there is only one keyboard song in the list.

It is Aerosmith afterall and there are times (rare but there are) that I will play legacy instruments.
