Speaking of food....have you ever brined then butterflied a chicken or turkey and resting it on a bed of carrots, onions, celery and garlic before roasting it? I just started doing this on Thanksgiving....Won't ever roast another bird without doing it. making a bold claim here...but I think it is even better than rotisserie.
