I took the survey that was emailed to me and I was wondering if I was supposed to be notified about the free DLC that was offered. Or was it more like a contest and not everyone that participated got it?

Figures, that's just my luck. I was expecting at least an email telling "thanks for wasting your time, but no free DLC for you."

...you took MAYBE five minutes to answer a survey - and didn't get a $2 PSN/XBOX credit. It's not that big of a deal.
