As long as someone is there posting on her behalf, any message you relay would get to Rosa. Keep sending a couple messages here and there to let her know she's thought of, and I bet that would cheer her up a lot. It might be her updating too, so you might get a really nice message back.

I have a feeling she may go off radar for a while anyway. Don't patients who have bone marrow transplants have to go into a sealed room to keep germs at bay? She may not have access to a laptop in there. I'm sure she'd still get messages though.
