Thank you.People have been saying that consoles are dying because you can do all those things on your cellphones now.
The 1 thing cellphones don't offer, is quality gaming. It would probably help a console to focus on that and screw all the things people already do on their phones. This whole "We want to get the mainstream to like our console" is fun, but mainstream people will only buy your things once, and then move on to the next fancy thing.
I know a few people that work at various gaming stores and other stores where people buy consoles, and they all say "We have sold about 5x more Wii's than we sold games for it." that's the mainstream consumer for ya. now Nintendo did quite well with all the accessories etc. for it. but as we've already seen with the Wii-u, people got bored with it and dont need more things anymore.
Gaming was cool for mainstream moms and families, but it's obviously already becoming a thing of the past. And unless Sony, MS and Nintendo realize that fast and focus back on gamers, the ones that keep money incoming steadily, then I'm sure the well will run dry really soon, and they won't have a clue about what to do.
