What an absolute joke at the end of that game, but it was still a fantastic Game 7 between the Blackhawks and Red Wings.
Also, glad to see that I got 75% of the Conference Finals teams right at the start of the playoffs. These four teams are also the last four Cup champs. I wonder when the last time that happened was.
with the Sharks losing the other day I stopped caring about the rest of this season... the only team left I don't hate is the Bruins
I am hoping the cup will be Bruins vs Blackhawks.... but I really don't care anymore

Wings got lucky they waved off that last minute goal, but couldn't do anything come OT. Hawks wanted that win, and this game showed it. I was flabbergasted the wings got to 3-1, but knew it was too good to be true. Oh well, what's done is done.
3/4 for my predictions, not bad even though I knew Pens were still hot.
Penguins over Bruins (4-2)
- Penguins know how to keep the pick moving, and Bruins have faced easier teams so far. Lets see if they can step up their game finally.
LA Kings over Blackhawks (4-3)
- LA wants the Stanley back, while the Blackhawks won't go down without a fight.
I'm surprised by how thoroughly the Bruins dominated the Penguins in the Eastern Conference Finals. However, it's clear that the Penguins are becoming the Canucks of the East, with the goalie being a huge question mark going in the playoffs. The way the NHL is now, elite goaltending is necessary for a team to win the Stanley Cup.
But at least Pittsburgh has a Stanley Cup win in 2009 -- that's more than Vancouver can say. And a hot goaltender is always a difference-maker in the postseason.
