Thanks again everyone for all of the feedback, input, and emails. I don't have much of an update right now other than to tell you that this issue has escalated even further up the chain and we now have more parties involved with the investigation. Rest assured as soon as I have any news I will post here.

Even just a simple post like this shows that you are still on the case. Thank you.

Day 9 !
Come on Harmonix, its enough now.
I understand fully that there can be problems with games in general and especially online, but this is getting outta hand, its been 9 days since a lot of players been able to play online.
The only thing we hear that there is no info available at this time and thank four you patience, to be honest my patience has past already after the fact it took 3 days before the first reaction from hmx came.
When you have played the single player for about 3 weeks it gets boring and it really spices it up if you are able to go online.
The first 5 days i tried multiple times a day weather the servers were back online again, the past few days thats getting less and less.
I dont know a lot about computers other then playing them, but i do know that this is getting very annoying for the average player.
My opinion is that a big firm like Harmonix, EA etc etc (all big parties involved)
should perfectly be able to locate the problem and solve it aswell.
9 days is way too long. And whats next? On certain moment it all will work again and we are expected to shut up and get back to playing TB RB online!?
This is leaving a negative mark towards TB RB.
HARMONIX SHOW US SOME BALLS AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ASAP!! ITS BEEN ENOUGH!!! LOOKING AT THE MAIN SITE SHOWS US HMX IS ABLE TO LAUNCH NEW DOWNLOADS BUT NOT TACKLE THIS ISSUE!?
I havent spent 179 euro at TB RB LE, 75 euros at an extra guitar and 11 euros(?)
to wait for this!?
WHO AGREES WITH ME? PLEASE TELL US YOUR OPINION, MAYBE THAT WILL IMPRESS THOSE WHO ARE ADRESSED TO SOLVE IT!

Based in the UK
No problems at all before the 29th - able to view leaderboards and play regularly online. Since downloading Abbey Road from the Rock Band store I have not been able to connect TBRC online at all although RB2 is fine.
Internet Provider BT Broadband
I wonder if we are asking the right question. No one I know outside the US can currently play online. If as HMX Thrasher says many people outside the US still can should we ask for people who can still play inline outside the US to post their details as, since the 29th, I have not encountered anyone who can so they would seem to be a minority and a common factor may be easier to find?

No problems before the 29th of October. Since then I'm not able to connect to the game servers. I even had to download A.R. from the PS store.
Location : Belgium
Internet : Telenet
PS3
I on't understand that a big firm like EA or Harmonix can't solve this problem, but I'm patience and I hope this will be fixed before the end of the next week. I also hope that the problem doesn't come back in the next DLC's (this month!).

I live In Sweden and have the same problem with the PS3 Beatles Rock Band in-game-store.
My ISP is Bredbandsbolaget, but as the normal PSN-store works fine I can't imagine the ISP would be part of the problem.
I bought the Abbey Road DLC on the PSN-store instead, downloaded and installed it but it doesn't show up in-game.
I tried to connect to a random online-match but found no other player at that time. It doesn't mean online play isn't working though, just the in-game store. I'll try again later.
I can browse online-leaderboards in-game.
I bought my game from Canada as games are way cheaper over there, since the game is region free that shouldn't be a problem, right?

Well, I guess that if you got your game from Canada, then you'll be playing on Northern America's servers, and not European servers, which is why you can connect to the online servers but can't use your European DLC on your NTSC game. You have to buy the DLC from the Canadian Playstation Store, not European.
