I have some Hollies and Neil Young. I haven't checked out the others yet. (Steels?)

The easiest option would be to go for a greatest hits.

For the Byrds, this would be the one to get. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Byrds_Greatest_Hits

If you're looking for an album, I would reccomend Mr. Tambourine Man or Turn! Turn! Turn!.

Buffalo Springfield have only released three albums. I'd say their second attempt is the best.

    Check them out: http://www.amouthful.fr/
It's some interestingly original alt rock.
It was like a bird of rarest-spun heaven metal or like silvery wine flowing in a spaceship, gravity all nonsense now.

I'm looking for some great psychedelic tunes, specifically from the 60's. Don't mention Jeff. Airplane, as I already have a lot of them.

Try Gong's Magick Brother if you don't mind really weird tracks.

Ok, question for all you doom/sludge metal fans. I've been thinking about trying some of this stuff out (like Sleep and Electric Wizard), but I don't have much of a metal background at all. Do you think I would hate this stuff if I just jumped into it? Should I ease myself into it with some more mainstream stuff first? Thanks.
