    I heard Iron & Wine were really great. Any recommendations? I heard their similar to Fleet Foxes and I love them.

    Iron & Wine is one person. But I wouldn't exactly compare Beam's work to Fleet Foxes. Though you either loathe it, find it boring or adore it. So. Most people rave about The Shepherd's Dog however.
