I'll have to check out Celeste. Other bands that are supposedly blackened screamo have had very tepid receptions from me, though. Might just have resulted from uber ****ty (even for black metal) recording quality, 128kbps rips, and Russian accents in the vocals.

Celeste is really cool, I'll have to listen to Misanthrope(s) again.

You might want to check out Pax Cecillia, particularly Blessed Are the Bonds, it's not purely Screamo, but has a wealth of atmospheric, Post-Metal, and Post-Rock bits as well as some Screamo cuts.
Despite all my rage, I'm still just Nicolas Cage

I quite liked the song Oye Vaya by Earl Greyhound that I recently picked up from the RBN. Has anyone heard of them and if so recommendations? Even recommend something like their sound?
I'd love to give everyone candy corn.

Sounds like the Balboa half of Project Mercury. What a great split album that is.

I need something new to listen to, give me your recommendations. I don't care what it sounds like as long as it's good.
Does anyone chart anymore? le sigh.

You're the only person who'd make me drop 7 bucks on a record without really listening to it.
