I remember enjoying Silent Civilian and a band called Destiny back a few years ago.

Nuclear Assault and S.O.D. are (more or less) the only 80s east coast thrash bands I enjoy. There's also Razor, Whiplash, M.O.D., and Toxik.

More recently there have been a bunch of great east coast bands like Municipal Waste, Rumpelstiltskin Grinder, Ramming Speed, Vulcan, etc.
