Would you pay for music by Beck?
    Maybe.
What if you heard he owned a plane made of gold?
    Sure.
Good, because he needs the money.

i'm not too hip to the post-grunge thing, but these are bands i've heard described as such that i enjoy...

foo fighters (look up anything from the first two albums)
bush (swallowed and the majority of the first album)
counting crows (first album and half of the second album)
third eye blind (singles from first two albums)
better than ezra (first two albums and about half of the third)
letters to cleo (first two albums)

Local H - "Bound For The Floor"
Toadies - "Possum Kingdom", "Tyler", "I Come From The Water", "Away"
Bush - "The Chemicals Between Us", "Mouth"
Failure - "Saturday Saviour", "Stuck On You"
Urge Overkill -"Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon", "Sister Havana"

I kind of like these songs, although I'm not sure if they could all be considered "post-grunge", per se.

EDIT: Wow. I didn't know you were a Counting Crows and Bush fan, Stasis.

    Devo - "Smart Patrol/Mr. DNA"
