i'm not too hip to the post-grunge thing, but these are bands i've heard described as such that i enjoy...

foo fighters (look up anything from the first two albums)
bush (swallowed and the majority of the first album)
counting crows (first album and half of the second album)
third eye blind (singles from first two albums)
better than ezra (first two albums and about half of the third)
letters to cleo (first two albums)

I kind of like these songs, although I'm not sure if they could all be considered "post-grunge", per se.

yeah, i just consider them a pop-rock band myself (same with my entire list with the exception of foo fighters and bush).

Anyone got some good songs by Cheap Trick.

i don't give song reccs. but, Heaven Tonight and All Shook Up and Lap of Luxury are great

i think the majority of cheap trick's best songs are actually their singles, particularly "the flame", "surrender", and "dream police".

i love, love, love that song, sadly, they hate it
