Of those, I think Massive Attack is probably the most like what you're looking for, but Cibo Matto is a personal favorite of mine (then again, I like the Shibuya-kei aspects of their sound; I'd also recommend Fantastic Plastic Machine and Pizzicato Five if you're looking for a bit more jazz influence on that sort of electropop sound).

If you haven't already, you should definitely check out the albums from Giles Corey, Ash Borer, Iceage, Cold Cave, Thurston Moore, and Raein last year. Those were all top-notch releases.

Second Ash Borer, but throw on Wolves in the Throne Room's Celestial Lineage, and Blut Aus Nord's 777 Sect(s) and 777: The Desanctification, at least as far as black metal goes.

Yeah, that Wolves in the Throne Room album was really good, too. I didn't get around to the Blut Aus Nord, so I should probably check those out at some point.
