    Catchy glitch?
It was like a bird of rarest-spun heaven metal or like silvery wine flowing in a spaceship, gravity all nonsense now.

This one is for the proggers here:

I want to get into the Flower Kings, Marillion, and Beardfish a lot more. I've heard the titular track from the Sleeping In Traffic series from Beardfish, but that's it. Any album suggestions?
We need sludgey and droney and stonery metal:
    Dirge
    Sleep
    Bongripper
    Sunn O)))
    Electric Wizard
    Earth
    Neurosis
    Cult of Luna

Thanks, I'll definitely check these out! I've been meaning to check out TFK and Marillion after I discovered Transatlantic, but I never knew where to start. This helps out a ton.

You're welcome. (As far as another The Flower Kings recommendation goes that you might enjoy, you may want to check out the live album Meet The Flower Kings, as it's nothing more than a collection of a handful of the band's epics.)

It really amazes me how many people have managed to find this thread and post similar things in it. It just seems like you're going so far out of your way to do so.

One would think... or they're just searching the forums for recommendation threads.
