I just heard a little bit of their music in a Cadillac commercial and I'm wondering if their new album's worth a listen.

erm whats all this about "The Loneliest Cowgirls" I think I might be late to the party but what exactly is it... I saw it got a 10 at pitchfork but I hold you guys on a higher musical standard than them

I enjoyed it, it's probably worth a listen but Phoenix is a rare place where pitchfork and the HoR crew generally disagree.

Which is strange because most of us don't follow Pitchfork and quite a few of us despise it.

I'm not a fan of Phoenix at all, the record really annoyed me.

I'm not a really a fan of Indie Pop in general, it just doesn't really hook me or catch my attention.

Haha, I've tried, but catchy hooks of the Indie variety don't really seem to hold my attention too well unless if they occur in Shoegaze or some Dream Pop, and even then it's moreso the other aspects of the music.
