    I might want to get into Andrew W.K's Cadillac 55 album...should I take the plunge and risk it? I am not someone who usually enjoys piano stuff, but I hear it is pretty weird and all improvised, so I am intrigued...

    it's not terribly strange, but is VERY friendly to non-classical fans. give it a try.

    well, the only other official LP is "milk eyed mender". it's way more simplistic and lo-fi without van dyke parks doing the arrangement.
    i think it's easily her best album, though "ys" is good too.
