I really hate when people argue over what is punk and what is not. Or that this band or that band sold out. I'm voting for London Calling off of this list. But I'd rather have Stranger than Fiction by Bad Religion, out come the wolves by Rancid, or FTTW by H2O.

I think this would be as good or better of a choice than most given. I like Los Angeles but with no duet feature its questionable. Love The Clash and London Calling but if we're talking about getting a true punk album I'd rather have their self titled debut or even Give 'em Enough Rope.

Damaged is very deserving of being on this list. As is a Misfits album. The Buzz****'s Singles Going Steady would be a great choice as well. Also... FEAR - The Record. Social Distortion's Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell could be a nice choice.

But my vote would be for the Descendents' Milo Goes to College.

Lots of awesome suggestions in this thread. Stoked to see lots of hardcore punk being brought up, and the SSD mention in particular was a pleasant surprise. I'd be happy with nearly anything from any of these bands.

I voted for Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables, but the competition was TIGHT. I would love to take a crack at Danzig's vocals on Walk Among Us or the Stooges's guitars on Raw Power, but for all around enjoyment I have to go with the Dead Kennedys.

How about Television or Richard Hell? I know they're technically proto-punk, but they could be really good if the masters are workable.

Blank Generation and Love Comes in Spurts would be fun. I don't know that a Richard Hell and the Voidoids full album DLC would sell 1000 copies though. Maybe put those two tracks with Mathew Sweet's Girlfriend and call it a Robert Quine 3-pack.

The Record would be awesome, but it's way to obscene to even be censored really. They'd probably have to cut **** Christmas altogether because of the title, I Love Living In The City would have almost every other word blanked out. But Beef Boloney would be crazy fun to play on everything.

I wonder if they could release retail disc track packs that were uncensored? Sold everywhere BUT Wal-Mart, of course

Or at least provide a feature in the game that allows parents to censor profanity or even entire songs if they don't want their kids to play them. A lot of adults play Rock Band and having songs with noticeable chunks cut out of the lyrics is lame. I wouldn't be surprised if there are bands out there that wouldn't want their lyrics changed or censored for a game. If such a feature could be turned on and off, I think it would make both sides happy.

Agent Orange - Living In Darkness
D.I. - Horse Bites Dog Cries
Youth Brigade - Sound and Fury

Those would be some of my choices.
