i think i have an idea for the prog section, ill need jukeboxhero and der_lex to post some tracks that way i can get a broad spectrum of prog (and related) tracks for that one for ya fogey, cuz im gonna be gone this weekend with limited internet so ill prolly only be able to dig up a few good tracks

Wow the poll was really close

But by a narrow margin looks like we'll allow multiple choices.

I have Axl, Schiz and Shredder on board. And I think we'll have room for PolishDog to do one, too. Everyone who runs a poll -- make sure to allow a whole weekend for folks to view your selections. And please check the option to allow multiple votes on your poll.

Eh sorry, I only saw this post just now. I'll go through my stuff tomorrow to see what I can find.

First battles are up:

The Originals -- Battle #1 ('58-'68)

and Classic Rock ('66-'76) -- Battle #2

I'd like to have the Prog battle next.

Then I'd like to run whatever Axl comes up with, followed by Shredder's metal contest.

I'm checking to see if I have enough material to run two other battles: acoustic wonders (saving Little Martha for that) and blues instrumentals.

We may then have a kitchen sink battle to catch all the ones we missed first time around -- for example, to catch some of what PolishDog has come up with.
