For the first round we go back to the beginnings -- the start of the guitar instrumental. Lots of surf music, but perhaps some surprising variety. Some of these made the one hit wonder battles so they may be familiar.

Glad to see the props for Jack the Ripper. The Rumble is Link's most famous, but I kinda like JTR myself.
