Dress2Kill - I got your invite the other day, but I didn't have time for a set. Hopefully next time.

looks like the wii has died :< it won't come on. no stand-by light...nuthin! i hope i don't find out one of the children did something, like drop it. i am upset to say the least. my rb3 disc is in it, i have a lot of dlc on the card, but as i understand it, it's useless in another wii that didn't purchase the songs...and i just bought a new guitar controller on sunday...havent even scratched it yet...this suck!

After you've sent your invites, go back to the Main Menu screen. DON'T go to Finding Players, that will bring in randoms. If you are still in the Wii Friend List, or on the Song Library screen and someone accepts your invite, you will get a popup message that says "One of the friends you invited is trying to join your session, go back to the Main Menu to allow them to join"

Also, don't take it personally if people don't accept your invites. They could be in the middle of trying to achieve a goal, or maybe they're going to be done soon and don't want to jump into an online band, or maybe they're already in a group playing online. I often invite 10 people at once to play and maybe get a response from 2 or 3. Sometimes that response is an invite to their session, where a couple people are already forming a band.

I'll add you next time I'm on, paige! And Dress2Kill as well.

Paige: I checked your dlcquickplay page -- do you really have no DLC? I try not to be a DLC snob, but it'd be nice if you had SOME so we are not stuck with only disc songs.

Thanks for the steps and advice on how to get connected with friends
No wonder i couldnt get connected with some of you yesterday cos i invited and i was in FINDING PLAYERS mode lolx

Its okay i understand that some of us are in the middle of goals at some time.
Anyway i apologize as well , forgotten who invited me few days back ( 1 of u ) but i was locally in full band in my house adi .. so couldnt join u guys that time.

But normally i plays alone or with random online players

As for the dlc page lol, i have Plenty of Dlc but i didnt have the time to fill the page up with my dlc lol

But usually my dlc is all kinds of category except for METAL category ( not a fan though lol )

And tried Every Breath You Take new dlc yesterday on drums , errrr dont get the beat dont know whats wrong with me and this song lol instead the guitar or others is better for me

Anyway i do play expert mode for guitar bass or drums but only for the easier songs

    Hope to get connected soon

Hey jmk, if your Wii does die, you are best off sending it to Nintendo to be repaired. It should cost <$100 and they will keep all your data intact. If you buy a new Wii, you could lose all your online purchases.

Hopefully, you won't need to do either, but just letting you know in case it goes kaput again!
