HB's site is pretty neat. I jam on there from time to time. She's put so much work into it. I'm so proud...

Do you guys use Honeybee's chat thing?
I'm not typically on it, since the computer is upstairs... but I was thinking last night that it would have been handy. Z and I were playing together, and I know Kev and Jammer were playing together... HB's site could have been handy for trying to get us all together in a full band at the same time.

And random side opinions, for the record: Keith Moon (the Who) is/was evil, and Neil Peart (Rush) consumes too much caffeine.

From the looks of the thread, I'm a bit behind on FC entering... will attempt to fix that in the next couple of days.
Pub great idea, if you can go on Honey's chat, we can meet up there first. If you, Jammer and Zarlor can play Friday night that would be great to get together. Jammer you need more DLC man!

Yep - I encourage any old man bander to pay her site a visit (if you're new or you haven't already) and to join us there when you can. It's basically become an extension of this thread - but with more goodies.

Lots of play time and full band play has resulted from people hanging out in the chats (yes, there are two simultaneous chats, one for her live stream and another for people organizing play outside of it) or posting in the forums there.

Aww.. thanks Lock!!! *** hands hankie *** It's really people like you and everyone from this OMB thread that make the website a success and a fun place to hang out.

    and Bazoozoo is right .

There are 2 chat rooms. The second chat room, right below the main chat, is a good place to converse with others AFTER you've hooked up with people in the main chat room. Here's a direct link:

Also, despite what you see on the website, I'm not really a computer geek -- there's a lot I don't understand. For instance sometimes when you try to access the site or different pages, you'll get some server error. I find that if I delete "www." from the web address, sometimes the webpage will then load. Other times, I find that if I give it a few minutes, it will eventually come up.

After reading the many hints and suggestions from the other posters I think it comes down to practice. Anyway, end of my rambling.

Yes, Claramsay that was me you were playing yesterday. Thanks again it was great fun. Let's do it again.
As far as the med->hard transition I've been following zarlor's advice and just pretty much jumping right in and playing the song on hard, it's helped me alot give it a shot at least with this group you can find the folks with the patience needed to hone your skills. Good luck and see ya at the show!

I wonder if this is what happened to the G1 OMB posters (Billy Pilgrim, etc,) they just figured out that there was a better way & moved on. Evolution.

Yup, evolved. Their progeny will be born with red, green, yellow, blue and orange on each digit.

I've been known to pop my head over at HB's site. Fridays are always a busy night for me, so that's a no go. Usually I'm more available earlier in the week, like Monday through Wednesday (though not tonight), sometimes on Saturday and almost anytime on Sunday (although not for the next couple of Sundays.) So if you guys want to try to do a specific night and work on some band scores or something then probably something like a Tuesday night before 10pm CDT would be good for me.

As for the Optimal Paths look at: http://rockband.scorehero.com/forum/...91a1b702350d27

That's the forums for Vox, but there are some other forums there for other instruments and links to charts and discussions of optimal paths for other instruments and such as well.
