You rocked too! GIA made me realize I need new batteries in my drums - I coulda saved her several times if it weren't for the dropped kicks! Good fun tho'!

    Hey, EddieRay,

Saw your invites tonight. Sorry I didn't respond, but we'd just finished attempting the ESL on Medium and had the Wii crash between Visions and Panic Attack (yes, that's 2 songs from the end). We worked out the frustration on a few DLC tracks and called it a night.

It sounds like I'll be hanging around the house by myself tomorrow (Friday) night if you, John and/or archibald want to get together for a DLC jam out. I'll probably be logged into Honey Bee's chat site for anybody with a computer in their gaming area.

Edit: Link to HB's chat in case anyone hasn't found it yet.

No prob CWilbur... I'll catch up with you at some point.

ESL glitch... ugh... they should make the entire Harmonix team play an ESL twice a day for the next 2 weeks and then eat the cost of sending every existing customer a new CD with the fix for this freeze-up problem. While they're at it, they need update the game so I can import all my RB1+TP discs, dad-gummit...

I played an ESL on Father's Day... guitar on Hard... by myself. At the end, as I was leaving the set, the game froze, but fortunately I didn't lose my ESL "win".

The wife said the same thing happened to her after she did the ESL for Expert vox while I was out of town. Froze, but after the game saved.

If only our freeze could have been two songs later as well

I should create a new band (I love having lots of bands ) to put the four of us in (me on drums, John on vox, archibald on bass, EddieRay on guitar) for jamming our DLC. Anybody got a good band name suggestion?

I'm down for that! If it goes down tonight, I'll do my best to be on around 10ish eastern. How about Broadband Jedi? I don't know, try this : http://www.bandnamemaker.com/

Ha! My favorite out of the crack I had at that random generator was Young Bypass And The Prehistoric Oscar, but that doesn't really say much about our band. Building on your broadband idea, I gave it a seed word of "internet" and one of the ones it spat out was Alternative Of The Coffee, which would work great for a band for a non-coffee guy like me, but I dunno about you guys. I kinda like Broadband Jedi, but I'll throw out a few ideas I just had to foster discussion:

DeLiCious (subtle reference to our matching DLC, but probably already taken)
Rushian Czars (punny reference to our large overlap of Rush DLC)
Fugitive Squirrel and the Clearly Disturbed Beavers (one of my favorites from Dave Barry's GOOD NAME FOR A ROCK BAND list.... but I'm pretty sure it's too long for RB to take)

I should be on all evening starting around 7 eastern. The wife is supposed to get home around 10 eastern but I might have to tell her if the living room is rockin' not to come knockin'
