Just wait until you're a full-time Expert player, you baby. :P

And you wife needs to play more, Chuck. Every time we play we're voxless unless we convince AngelWiings to join in.

Man.. I'm paying for it now. I've been taking face palm naps at my desk pretending I am in deep thought. But it was totally worth it.

    Let the Epic Begin

I would guess between 6 and 7 Eastern depending on how deluged I am at work today.

I just realized it's also new DLC day, but after last week's stellar lineup I don't think there's a single song I want this week. I would like to mention that while AiC and BB got all the attention last week, I picked up Knight on the Town by Kula Shaker as well and like it so much I bought one of their CDs over the weekend. I recommend giving that one a listen if you haven't:

Kula Shaker "Knight on the Town"
    - Band (G/D/V) video [Band Tier 4]
    - Expert Bass Chart [Bass Tier 4]

^ Kind of ironic, dontcha ya think?

I'll be able to play for awhile tonight. I was thinking about getting Knight On The Town... we'll see.

My guitar is getting rough. The wammy bar is totally loose, it feels like it is going to fall off any minute, and my strum bar sticks on me sometimes, especially during a long note stream. I use the GH:WT one. I don't have a strat anymore.. I traded it in along with some other stuff for Nintendo points to get DLC. Oh well.. I shall persevere.. see ya later in the 7pm eastern range!

Thanks to all the Old Man Banders who dropped by and made my night of bachelorhood epic: Archibald, stolen diaper, Jammer, and claramsay (and Archibald again at the end of the night ). Also special thanks to Honey Bee for snagging claramsay.

Over four hours of solid drumming capped off with five Rush songs in a row. Should have recorded some of it for posterity but I was too busy thrashing away

I had to perform reconstructive surgery on my strat not too long ago,I don't know if the GH:WT has the same "guts" but it wasn't that hard.Plays like a dream now.

Good playing with you C,I think my batteries were dying in the end.I was getting "effects" changes during solos and OD that I hadn't asked for.Good time though!!!

Well, I broke down and went to Gamestop thinking I could get a used one cheap.. it was $15, but I guess you get what you pay for, the frikin orange button doesn't even respond! I'm going to exchange it for a different one this weekend I guess.

My current guitar is getting it done though, even though the wammy is so busted, it seems to respond better when I use it. I'm not going to sweat it anymore.

I was in 4 of those 5 Rush songs, I think C burned off 2000 calories.

And the one Arch missed was.... Camera Eye

He came in right after for the Moving Pictures set (Limelight, Red Barchetta, Vital Signs) and another set that started with Closer to the Heart.

Edit, the next day: I can't believe I had a full band in, with John, Clare and Arch, enough Rush set up for a 4-song set, and got a wii crash, a disconnect, and a wife coming home in a flurry of pandelirium all at once :'( Sorry guys. Maybe next time.
