Wow, that's tough Jammer... sorry to hear... especially given you were doing it solo. Hope it works out next attempt!

I think most of us have experienced/heard ESL stories like this... lots can go wrong over 6.5 hours!

I have been fortunate my Wii has not frozen on me during the ESL. However, I have been unfortunate to have lost my data and icons twice already!

Then a break at the halfway point,no problems. Then I get an invite after about the 50th song.Sticking to my rule,I trudge on thinking how great it would be to play some Petty right now. . . I crack a beer,spark a butt and go back to see who sent the invite and it was HB. Good to see you make a visit to the Wii again HB,maybe next time?

Jammer, I was wondering why you were up that late. I thought maybe you left your Wii on. I'm really sorry that happened to you. Starting and not completing the ESL is really disappointing. It happened to me 2x recently. Hopefully you have better luck next time. Also, maybe you want to do the ESL on "Local Tour" not "Online". I assume since I saw you online and was able to send you an invite you were not doing the ESL "Locally". By doing the "Online" tour, you further risk getting disconnected to the RB Network.

It's a good thing you didnt accept my invite, since I have no Tom Petty on the Wii

So the 30th it is...It's a saturday,which works out perfect.

Actually I was playing local,but it happens to me all the time.Say I have a few people over and play,I choose local band quickplay and I still get invites.Just stinks because I don't want who's ever inviting me to think I'm ignoring them or something.

And get some Petty for crying out loud!!

Good idea,shutting off the wireless.As for the vid,haha...I'm usually singing all the Pearl Jam tunes I have while I play anyway so I figure why not get a score for it?
Although,I'm proud to say I can expert voxtar While My Guitar Gently Weeps on TB.

Got a chance to play with one of the newer OMB thread members - Creeps. He's good... We threw some tough stuff at him and he battled through it!
