@theJMK Sorry we couldn't connect up last night; seemed like our bands just were mis-aligned for breaks.

    Hopefully another night.

    BTW, all:
I just got the Squier so I am obsessively playing Pro Guitar/Pro Bass.
If I ignore an invite, it's not me being rude - I'm usually practicing. (There's no way to sight-read Pro charts)

And if I accept the invite:
(THIS IS THE CRUDDY PART OF PRO G/B)
we can ONLY play songs with Pro Guitar charts.
That means, if you haven't upgraded the DLC with the Pro, we cant play it. We are stuck to on-disc games.

To counter this, I've bought nearly every Pro song (123/173).
    Cheers!
Omg i am also looking to buy Squier
But in my country Malaysia , its not out yet so im waiting for Amazon to arrive stocks for sale

    How is it ?
Do you need to buy the extra adapter for squier ?

Daddio54 & thejmk - thanks for the quick set... sorry about my epic fail.. lol

While in a set before a song starts, is there any way to know the song difficulty level for the instrument you're on? (or even how you've previously done?)

I often forget which song I can do on what level, especially on keys which is a big mix of levels for me. So that I don't attempt China Groove on hard & fail... and also don't just do medium on Walkin' on the Sun since I can 5 star it on expert.
There's no way to check your previous score on a song in the middle of a set. I always check the songs others pick while making a setlist (that's why it takes me so long to choose songs sometimes). Great playing with you and jmk.

That is my daughter that was playing with us last night. Sorry about the session with you and Chubb, I had a power surge at the house as we were choosing songs and lost connection, then lost it again during the set. Had to reset my router and all computers.

On weekends that would be possible, assuming people have weekday daytime jobs... evenings here and mid-day there.

Yes, you do need the MIDI Pro Adapter.

Keep looking for us, there's a few who have some days off.

    Like Daddio said ... no.
All you get is the pop-up when you start the set on the instrument selection screen which shows you the highest difficulty rating in the set.
Of course, that doesn't always mean much ..

... when I do sets w/ a band, I'll write down the setlist in the chat window. It's something more, at least.
You get what anyone gets; you get a lifetime.

Hmm.. yeah, that rating is not useful at all.

Well that is very restrictive! Almost forces Pro Guitar players to only play with others who also have a Pro Guitar. I can't see anyone who does not have (and won't be getting) a Pro Guitar to upgrade their DLC... I could be wrong.

Here's a question for everybody. what song do you:
    1) really hate to play, and why?
    And/or...
    2) what song are you ashamed that you love to play?

Now that JMK has opened things up, here's another question or two...

1). Which band do you most want to see added to RB3? Which songs from that band would you most like to see added first as DLC?

2). Of the bands/artists already in RB3, what other songs would you most like to see added to RB3?

Don't worry. You're answers will not be kept confidential and will be visible for everyone to see. :-p

Enjoyed playing with you too Dalrnxx. Sorry I had to leave early. Definitely need to do that again. Daddio, did you get the gremlins worked out of your system. That storm rocked our house about 1/2 an hour earlier.
