    My RB3 Setlist...tear it a new one

This was actually quite fun to make. I would be terrible at trying to tier them so they are in loose alphabetical order. I tried to get lots of different genres, while still putting some of my favorite stuff, Seems a little skewed toward the 90s but thats just because its there era of music I am most familiar with.

Also, no bonus tracks, I know nothing about Harmonix bands

There's only one problem: Paradise City. Everyone would get really bored, minbus the vocalist, for ages. Use something like You Could Be Mine, Think About You, Reckless Life, Anything Goes, Garden of Eden or even... Welcome to the Jungle.
Oh, and Whitesnake is one word.

As much as I like the song, it probably is better suited for DLC.

Since I don't listen to GNR, or most of the metal bands on the list, I had to pick the song I was either most familiar with or one that seemed to be pretty popular. Paradise City, Sweet Child of Mine, and Welcome to the Jungle are the only ones I know, and I though the other two were already in other music games.

They are, but not full band-wise. And, either way, GN'R aren't a Metal band. They're a Hard Rock band. They have songs that aren't even remotely heavy, too:

    Great example, right there.

Wasn't trying to argue about GNR. Just explaining why I picked the song I did.

That doesn't change the fact I listed. Allow me to reitterate:
Everyone would get really bored, minus the vocalist, for ages.

I think it's pretty funny an entire list being discussed over one song

But if we're talking GNR, I don't really listen to them either. They are one of the few bands where I only really like the "hits". I'd go with Welcome to the Jungle... seems like a good full band song. Sweet Child O' Mine would be a good guitar song, and Paradise City would be a great vocal song and good guitar song.

As for the rest of the list, I really like it. You really seemed to balance out the hits with the songs that most people would recognize.

One little nitpicky part I have is with Metallica. I absolutely love "Eye of the Beholder"... it would be amazingly fun on drums. Though I don't know if it's a great candidate for on-disc. I would personally go for Welcome Home (Sanitarium), Creeping Death, or possibly Fight Fire with Fire (I'm biased because I really like that song).

The drummer and bassist would, but I can see the guitar being very fun throughout.

Other than the solo, PC's kind of bleh in the guitar department. I may be overly critical, though, because I can't get past how stupid the lyrics are.

I'd say a trademark of GNR is stupid lyrics.

It wouldn't be as hard or challenging as Welcome to the Jungle, but it moves around the fretboard quite a bit.
