At least this week has a variety. I hope that the dlc avoids single-artist weeks like that execrable GNR album last time.

As others have said, I am desperately hoping for Rock Band 1 content. There were so many good songs--I would like pay to download two-thirds of them.

    Oh, and "howdy"!

You are not going to be seeing RB1 content for a LONG, LONG time. It's going to take some time to get the entire backlog of DLC and its going to take an even long time for even the remote possibility of RB1 content.

I think if you do that it could degrade into a weekly dlc wish list, which could take it into the Ultimate Setlist forum category (aka - where threads go to die)

Has anyone done the math if Harmonix continues to release 10 tracks a week for PS3/360 compared to 12 tracks a week for Wii how long it will take for the Wii to catch up?

No, but by seeing my calculations every week, Wii DLC gains 2% every week.

I think that the percentage gain simply happens due to the fact that there are fewer songs on the Wii platform than on the other two. What I'm saying is, for example, in a week where Wii gets the exact same songs (with no back catalog) as the other two platforms, the percentage still increases even though Wii has not gained any ground.

Therefore, I would like to see your gain tracked like this instead:

(songs available on Xbox360/PS3) - (songs available on Wii)

This would give us a more linear, and therefore more accurate, view of the gain. This would also allow an estimate of the date by which Wii will catch up (by using linear approximation to find the date by which the difference reaches 0).

im itching like a fiend to see what cait siths prediction for next week is, particularly back catologue. while i only dled caprici di diablo this week my sd card was too full [92 songs deep] so ill have to wait for to get my other 2 gig. i could just delete some of the free songs but i think ill leave them. too bad the wii doesnt have 2 sd slots.
