    I don't know.. I just really don't like it, that's the best I can put it as I'd hate to say I'm a "purist" because that makes me sound like a douche, but I prefer the original over the collab

    The only hip-hop album that I've truly found to be incredible so far has been "Entroducing...". I'm kind of turned off by rapping as a vocal style, so if someone could toss some reccs for instrumental hip-hop, they would be much appreciated. I did enjoy "Gun Fight" which Gowienczyk posted a few pages back though, because the bass line was just awesome.

    Most jazz-hop is to a degree, instrumental- works by Arts the Beatdoctor, Jazz Liberatorz, Nujabes, The Sound Providers, etc. though they often feature MC's at some point.
