    Exclamation You Know What Grinds My Gears?

    When I am online and people try to play on expert when they are really bad, which means I end up saving them. Here are some words of wisdom: PLAY ON YOUR DIFFICULTY OR DON'T PLAY AT ALL

    I don't mind saving them, usually I can get/keep enough energy to keep someone in the song or save them enough times. I more hate it when they fail out and then just bail on the whole game before I can save them. Then the whole band fails out because the player bailed and that's just wrong on so many levels.

    BTW...the title of this thread is one of my favorite Family Guy lines/episodes!
    "Punk rock should mean freedom, playing whatever you want,
    As sloppy as you want as long as it's good and it has passion" Kurt Cobain

    I think the point of a game is the challenge. I play on Expert usually, because Hard is just too slow. Still, some stuff like Disturbed took some practice time to get good enough to not bail on. Still happens though. There's a 'groove' to some of that stuff, and when you throw Down With The Sickness in a set beside Alanis Morisette, that groove takes a shot in the groin.

    What bugs me is when a guy joins up and throws it on easy in tour mode when I'm 10-20mill points in, like... I want to make $20 per song? Come on, at least bump up to medium...

    It makes things a lot easier when people play on their difficulty... when I end up playing painkiller or visions or something it's nice to have a medium drummer playing along just in case i need saving lol

    you know what I hate? is when you finally get a full band from random people. and everyone is ready for world tour. except that one person who decides to visit the rock shop for 10 minutes straight. ugh. then, everyone else starts leaving because its not starting and there too impatient to wait. and you dont want to kick them because then you dont have a full band. geez.

    Yep I hate that also

    If you can't play the song offline at that setting then what the he** makes you think you can online.Please stop as all it does is fu** things up for the rest of us. I play Bass on Medium/Hard offline but when I play online I am drinking some beer.The notes are way to fast after a few. I play on easy just because I want to enjoy the game and finish the song. FC 1747-3743-4707 add me if your not one of them.

    I kinda say that it's okay if you think that you can do it and you have people who are willing to bail you out. It's more fun if people save and you all get through it in one piece, as long as it doesn't actually cost your tour. o;

    But if ya want a serious band, invite people you know will pull through the way you want them to.

    See, I'm not that good at playing guitar on Expert (at least, if I have to play a song with more than three dots and/or weird chord patterns), but I literally cannot move down to Hard, because I'm so used to the speed of Expert. Trying and failing to wrap my head around playing in slow motion (relatively speaking) is not worth the easier note charts at all, even if it's a choice between that and bombing out.

    its easy unless two people die at once or during a solo that's annoying but i know some people can do some songs on expert and than just accidentally forgets to switch
