Anytime u see me online don't hesitate to send me an invite. That is the same reason I rarely send invites. I don't want to bother anyone incase they are in the middle of something. Oh, another thing. I have a headset but rarely use it. Can't even find it at the moment -- aye Ranger?!? lol...There is usually alot of "chaos" at my house -- 2 kids, well 3 kids if u count the hubby lol...People always coming and going. Plus my dog just had puppies so I have 8 little dogs running around and ****ting everywhere lol. I'm around quite often tho. I work seasonal and don't go back to work until May or June. From June to Sept I'm gone for at least 2 weeks at a time. Sometimes a month at a time which is brutal lol...But oh well, I have all winters off. Anyway, I've rambled too much here and even forgot why I originally posted in the first place and my pizza is almost done. Talk to everyone later!!

Yeah I have a mic, but I don't know where the adaptor has went to.

However I have voice coming out of the speakers on the stereo, so even though you won't hear me, and I can't answer you, I can hear you if you need to say something to me while we're playing

Well, I got to play online with Degs44 this past Sunday (thanks by the way Degs44, it was a blast!). Let me say, it was incredible -- my only other experience with online Rock Band was letting Xbox pick the bandmates and that always ended up with a bunch of children in the band all shouting obscenities and picking 1 speed metal song after another. Nothing against the younger crowd or speed metal though, but, for me, playing with others of the same mindset was incredible! I encourage everyone in this thread to try it.

Oh, the 1 problem I see is I don't really get the whole process (online play)-- I mean, it is not documented anywhere in the game. Can someone join a band that is already performing? What about having more people than just the performers, say a few of the forum members just want to be on xbox live and listen to to a forum band perform? I guess, can you do online what you would normally do if say a few dozen of your friends came over to play Rock Band with you. You would take turns, a few people would be happy to just listen (and laugh, whatever!). Is this possible? If so, how can you do it?

Oh, I am totally addicted to Rock Band also! It was bad before this thread, now that I actually met some of you online and played, it is beyond all hope of me giving up my plastic drums!

Gamertag is sea stewardess, feel free to add me. All skill levels and instruments welcome!!
36 here. I have all RB1+20 free DL. I will be getting AC/DC soon. Currently have
    Foo Fighters all
    Nirvana all
Rush all except Working Man Vault I have the cover my bad on that.
    No Doubt all
    Boston all
Grateful Dead pack 1 all will be getting pack 2 soon.
    Roy Orbison all
    Country pack all
    Red Hot Chili Peppers all
    Killers pack all
I have more but will be going on and on. I play expert all but vox. Only a few of the songs I can not pass but with help can get through. My wife plays some times also. She plays expert/hard guitar/bass . My son plays also with us. He plays expert vox easy/medium other instruments so any of them could be on with me at any time. I am like the rest of you. I hate getting online and nobody has DLC. I usually play a few hours every Tues and Thurs up to 7 pm pacific time. Weekends are questionable and open. When ever you need another to play hit me up. Gamer tag is same.
A Festivus for the rest of us

    Question...

When you add someone as a friend on the forums, does that add them as friends on the Xbox Live system?

See, why don't they include a half decent instruction manual!

Oh, I'm online most nights playing, feel free to msg me or invite me (I play the drums, got a tricked out Ion). Don't worry if I am on Tour, cause I am probably alone doing it.

It's separate, SeekonkRay. My husband and I were on earlier trying to knock out some challenges on expert when you sent your invite to play. I would have accepted, but I was playing so lousy -- and the songs were really wearing me down -- that we got off the game soon after. But, I realized we may have a problem -- it looks like both of us play drums exclusively and neither of us will willingly be pulled away from our Ions. It's too bad they don't have a way for two drummers to jam at the same time.

Rangers, I got your message but didn't have a chance to reply - sorry about that. The rest of my family bumped me from the XBox so they could try out the Resident Evil 5 demo. Glad the hiccup with the friend request fixed itself.

Most nights that I'm online my husband is playing with me (he plays hard/expert guitar/bass) and once in a great while our son will join in on vocals. If it's just my husband and me, I'll accept an invite and see if another guitarist is needed and then invite my husband. If the band is full, I'll duck out so I'm not leaving him behind. I just don't want anyone to think that I am intentionally ignoring them.
