But it's okay, Burton does have ability. He just dwells on gimmicky imagery for the work he's done that is adored by kids. Burton films I've liked:

    - Ed Wood
    - Sleepy Hollow
    - Planet of the Apes
    - Big Fish

Everything else he did can go die in a fire for all I care.
i get a lot of crap for saying Sleepy Hollow is my favorite TIm BUrton Movie.

AND YOU DIDNT LIKE SWEENEY TODD? HOW!?

I really liked the lyrics you posted and what HMXHenry posted, it's the kind of stuff that makes you think.

I listened to quite a few of their songs after playing Welcome Home in RB1, which was a song I enjoyed. The unfortunate thing for me was that I was unable to get into Coheed musically, which is really ashame I guess.

Those are actually some of my favorite movies by him XD So maybe our tastes aren't too far off.

Although I thoroughly enjoy NMBC, which I'm guessing you hate, but I've liked that movie since it was relatively new (came out in '93 IIRC), and it just never really wore off. Plus it also helps that I love Danny Elfman, too.

Corpse Bride over-all was a disappointment for me, and I never saw Sweeney Todd. So yeah, over-all I'd say we're (somewhat) in agreement on Burton's work.
    Nope.

I didn't like TNBC when I was a child and my dislike has only increased with it's fame.

Peter Gabriel is just fantastic, both with Genesis and as a solo artist. Perhaps we can get some DLC at some point...wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more.

I'm more shocked that he doesn't like Pee-wee's Big Adventure. It's hard for me to have an objective opinion on Sweeney Todd, because I was a huge fan of the musical before the film was made, but I think Tim Burton did a decent job in adapting, not excellent, but decent. Overall, I'd say Tim Burton is decent not awful, not great, but definitely overrated. Either way, the argument is irreleavant, because Timb Burton isn't directing 9, he's just going to put his name on it and receive all the credit, as he did with Nightmare Before Christmas. Also Helena Bonham Carter is no Angela Lansbury

I have all the Coheed And Cambria albums,
    Tbh I like them
But I also do agree with what people are saying here too, most of the songs sound like others and the some songs feel like they been put there to fill the album up.
But there are some really good sounds by them, Welcome Home being one of them but I honestly can't say thats my favorite.

Trying listening to these good ones,

    The Suffering
    Ten Speed
    A Favor House Atlantic
    Feathers
    No World For Tommorow
    The Running Free

Some of the others are good but try not to listen to them they will properbly bore you,

Claudio's voice is awesome and the lyrics are just kick-***.

They rank #2 on the list of bands I LOVE:

    Dream Theater
    Coheed and Cambria
    The Mighty Mighty Bosstones
"Visions" sucks, yeah, it really does. I've beaten it and it still sucks.
