EWWW no. I would never watch NASCAR again if they adopted a schedule even remotely close to that. Bristol is great to watch, but superspeedways suck in NASCAR.
Road courses are great if only because the guys who aren't typically at the front have a chance to win (Boris Said, Robby Gordon, JPMontoya, etc). JPM is a frontrunner now, but still it's great to see new guys at the front.
What's with all the Fontana hate? It's a different configuration from all the other cookie cutter tracks. Less banking requires more skill and braking, which is what I like to see. It opens up an extra couple of places per lap for a driver to make a mistake.

I don't like tracks where one guy pulls out to a 6 second lead all race. Sorry.
Cleveland Browns 5-11 (next whenever they start playing again)
Peyton Hillis = The Albino Rhino
So you don't like racing where skill takes priority far above all else. I guess NASCAR is the only racing you watch then? Grand-Am, Le Mans, F1, GP2, Rally, etc all require more skill than luck to win races.
In no way am I saying NASCAR drivers aren't talented. Many of them are incredibly talented. But so many times the best car/driver of the race doesn't win because of bad luck, getting screwed, or any number of other factors unrelated to actual racing.
