Spotter fail. The way he turned down looks like he was getting the "all clear" and well, it turns out he wasn't.

I foresee many more wrecks like that in the near future with the new cars as the drivers get adjusted.

And Mike Joy made the first commentator fail of the year, he called the #20 Joey Logano about 5 times before he finally got corrected that it's actually Matt Kenseth.

Yeah, Kenseth admitted it was his fault.

And there goes half the field lol.

They lasted about 5 more laps than I predicted.

and my driver is involved in the first wreck of the season

That wreck was identical to Kenseth's practice crash except Stewart saved it. Should get some stronger binoculars for these spotters.

Kenseth seems to be pretty strong so far.

Yup, he can hold his own all by himself. Stewart had 3 cars helping him and still could barely clear him.

Good racing, anti-climatic ending though, everybody waited way too long to make a move. They should have started shuffling around with 3 laps to go, not wait until the last lap.

And we now know that tandem drafting doesn't work nearly as good as it used to.
