He'll be scary good next year when he moves to Stewart-Haas.

Last year was terrible for Harvick, certainly going to be hard to be any worse than last year.

And I can see already that I'm not going to enjoy this year as much simply because of Danica having a full-time presence. I don't think I can sit through another one of her interviews without cringing at how naive she is and how snobby she can be at the same time. Terrible combo of personality traits and I can't comprehend how anybody could like her as a driver or person for that matter.

I see her wrecking within the first half of the race. She only lasted 2 laps last year, so I guess anything is an improvement.

well, that wreck wasn't her fault. I recall one Daytona race in the Nationwide series last year where she was leading for a good chunk of the race. I would say she's got a really solid shot to win, but her chances are as good as anyones.

The start of wreck wasn't her fault, but her wrecking trying to avoid it was her fault. She turned right down into Ragan as if he wasn't even there, wrecking both him and herself in the process.

As long as she stays out front, she'll be alright because she's got the fastest car out there, but as soon as she gets shuffled back and she has to race her way back to the front, I can see her having problems with that since that's when driver talent and judgment comes into play.

The only way I can see her having a shot is if a lot of field gets caught up in a wreck and she makes it through like Bayne in 2011 where there were only like 10 cars with any shot at winning highly increasing the chance of an inexperienced driver winning the race.

I would say starting on the pole is a great place to be if something like that happens again this year. Especially with so little experience with this new car. Could easily have a 15 car pile-up early in the race.

Even with the spotter telling her to go low, she had to of still seen the 34 there? I mean he was clearly right there in the video and she still turned right into him. Seems like it was a product of an inexperienced driver that needs a crash course in wreck avoidance, pun intended.
